The Code of Etiquette and Honor

Solitude's highest commitment is honor. By all that is good and righteous in the world, we who follow the path of solace place honor above all else.

Recruitment

All members MUST submit contact info (Full name, type of work or school(optional), cell # or landline, email, YM etc.) time and schedule of playing. This will help our guild to contact all members anytime or if need arises.

Solitude will prioritize players from nuetral guilds.

If the player wants to withdraw from the guild, he/she must pay the full amount of adena that the guild provides him or if not paid, the referral must pay in behalf of the player.

Clan Funds and Raid Boss Loots

Tribute of Elders will be the only authorized collectors of adena and clan funds, they have the password of the clan leader in case the clan leader is not present. Clan members are obliged to give an agreed amount of adena for the fund. Funds will be used in various projects of the guild.

Tribute of Elders will also report to the members the accountabilities we have for the guild, the date of reports will be announced later.

Clan funds will be derived from boss hunts. All items in raid boss hunts are to be turned over to the person in charge of the items. Only those who attend raid boss hunts will have access to buy the items inside the Clan warehouse. Each member will have a buy limit per week to avoid abuse. Buy limit is now 5m per member.

Guild Party Rules

All premium loots such as recipes and mats shall be sold to those who need at reduced cost. Major needs of the guild such as example, BOMT and tallum glaive recipes and mats will be redirected immediately to Clan Warehouse.

Dropped stones and quest item hunt in Raids must be handed over first to party leaders and will be distributed equally only after the Raid ends. Please take note that the PL must be responsible in handling said items until all of them are distributed equally.

Members must also respond and join in any Raid formed by ToE (Tribune of Elders) either boss hunt or quest item hunt if applicable to them, this will help our players to gain much experience than soloing.

Tribune of Elders

The Tribune of Elders is a round table council consisting of Heirs. All projects, events, problems with regards to our guild will be tackled herein. An Order of knights shall also server herein.

Those in the Order of Knights will acquire various positions for the development and programs of the guild.

System of GP Offenses and Disciplinary Actions

Minor offense:

-Not following orders of PL in a GP

-Fighting with guild members (guilty party)

1st offense - warning

2nd offense - last warning

Major offense:

Directly disobeying guild rules and regulations

Scamming

Proven bot user

1st offense - guild expulsion and denial of writ of recommendation to any of the member alliances.

Duties and Responsibilities

All members MUST respect each other, no flaming, swearing, hearsay and improper conversations, no harassing and discriminating. Any misunderstanding must be solved immediately.

We will not tolerate scamming, botting, hacking (L2 walkers etc) GM or Admin impersonations, also eavesdropping of guild secrets and confidential matters pertaining to other alliances. Any violators will be removed from guild upon evaluation of the Tribune of Elders.

Members who have pilots for their characters must also introduce to them our rules and regulations, any violations of members? character caused by pilots will be dealt the same as the owner of character.

A member who wants to leave the guild must inform at least 1 elder for the clearance. This clearance will serve as a referral to other guilds that he/she wants to join.
